WHAT THIS MEASURES
The AI Readiness Assessment measures the distance between leadership perception and operational reality across the dimensions that determine whether AI becomes a source of advantage or another unrealised initiative.
It captures two readings per domain: what leadership believes, and what the evidence shows. The distance between them is the delta. Wide deltas are where AI investment is most at risk. This is the instrument where the Clarity Gate is most visible.

Control
Whether governance has kept pace with deployment.
Proof
Whether outcomes are measured or asserted.
