Industrial systems at scale
Operating where plans meet physical reality.
Learning how constraints surface in execution.
The system is only as coherent as its least-connected decision.

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL ADVISOR · NOVA CREATRIX
“Technology is rarely the constraint. The organisation is.”
THE NARRATIVE
The technology worked. The organisation could not absorb it. That is not incompetence. It is structure: decisions, incentives, evidence, and ownership moving at different speeds.
At GE, the gap appeared between the plan and the plant floor. In IoT and SaaS, it appeared as three functions describing three different customers.
I founded, ran, and closed a company of my own. Closed with clarity. Stopping is a legitimate outcome when the evidence says continuing would compound the wrong thing.
AI has made the pattern impossible to ignore. Capability is accelerating. Absorption is now the constraint.
Nova Creatrix begins with diagnosis before advisory: establish what is true, identify what everything else is waiting on, and only then decide whether there should be a roadmap.
That is why the Creatrix Loop has a gate at its centre. Most advisory cannot stop you — the incentive runs the other way.
SEVENTEEN YEARS — THE PATH
Operating where plans meet physical reality.
Learning how constraints surface in execution.
The system is only as coherent as its least-connected decision.
Building and scaling across emerging technology markets.
Seeing marketing, sales, and delivery diverge as organisations grow.
Growth amplifies incoherence; it does not repair it.
Turning repeated operating patterns into instruments.
Building the Creatrix Loop around evidence, governance, and commitment.
The practice begins by asking whether the work should proceed at all.
